Early today, Bishop Stuart University delegation led by the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. John Mugisha, was received for yet another benchmarking visit by the DVC, National Institute/University for Applied Sciences - INES Ruhengeri in Musanze to discuss and explore potential areas of collaboration, including but not limited to staff capacity building and a students' exchange programme to give students academic exposure.
