General Minimum Entry Requirements
GENERAL MINIMUM ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree Programmes
- Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) with at least 5 passes and at least 2 principal passes at Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) obtained at the same sitting or its equivalent OR
- Diploma in the relevant field from a recognized institution or the equivalent, OR
- Mature Age Entry Examinations Certificate accredited by the NCHE with 50% and above.
Diploma Programmes
- Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) with at least 5 passes and at least 1 principal pass and 2 subsidiaries at the Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) obtained at the same sitting or its equivalent OR
- Certificate in the relevant field from a recognized institution OR the equivalent.
Ordinary Certificate Programmes
Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) with at least 3 passes obtained at the same sitting or the equivalent.
Postgraduate Programmes
Postgraduate Diploma and Master’s Degree: At least a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent;
Doctoral Programmes: At least a Master’s degree or its equivalent.
