Faculty of Health Sciences (FHS)
Mrs. Otwiine Anne Tweheyo is the current Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences (FHS), a position she has held since 2019.
She holds Masters of Arts Counseling Psychology from Uganda Christian University, Mukono (2006-2008), Bachelor of Arts Education from Makerere University (1991-1994) and currently pursuing a PhD in Psychology at Makerere University.
The faculty comprises the following Departments:-
- Department of Nursing
- Department of Public Health and Biomedical Sciences

Dr. Ronald Bahati
Dr. Ronald Bahati is a seasoned researcher in the field of mental health focusing on stigma, depression, substance use, and suicidality among vulnerable and marginalized populations. He is a Psychologist, Educationist and a Project Management Expert
Katusiime Agnes
Katusiime Agnes is a Graduate Fellow and Clinical Instructor at Bishop Stuart University, Faculty of Nursing and Health Sciences. Agnes holds a Bachelors in Nursing obtained from Bishop Stuart University.
Assoc. Prof. Francis Kazibwe
Assoc. Prof. Francis Kazibwe is a Senior Lecturer and researcher at Bishop Stuart University, Faculty of Nursing and Health Sciences. He previously served as a Medical Entomologist in the Ministry of Health for twenty years working at Vector Control Division under the Department of Communicable Diseases Control.
Nakidde Gladys
Nakidde Gladys is the Head of Department, Department of Nursing and a Lecturer at Bishop Stuart University. She is a PhD Fellow at the Pan African University of Life and Earth Sciences (PAULESI), University of Ibadan, Nigeria.
Katushabe Eve
Katushabe Eve is an Assistant Lecturer at Bishop Stuart University, Department of Nursing, Faculty of Nursing and Health Sciences. She is a PhD student (PhD in Midwifery) at the University of Port Harcourt, World Bank Africa Centre of Excellence Centre for Public Health and Toxicological Research(ACEPUTOR) in Nigeria.
