Katushabe Eve is an Assistant Lecturer at Bishop Stuart University, Department of NursingFaculty of Nursing and Health Sciences. She is a PhD student (PhD in Midwifery) at the University of Port Harcourt, World Bank Africa Centre of Excellence Centre for Public Health and Toxicological Research(ACEPUTOR) in Nigeria. She holds a Master of Science in Midwifery – Child Health Nursing from the University of Port Harcourt- ACEPUTOR, a Master of Science in Public Health, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Science from Mbarara University of Science and Technology and a Diploma in midwifery from Mulago School of Nursing and Midwifery

Katushabe is a Midwife specialist with experience in teaching midwifery and hands-on experience in maternal and newborn care. She has skills in research with an immense passion for maternal-child health care.

At BSU, she is also responsible for curriculum development and review, clinical and theory teaching of maternal and child health care, reproductive health, gynecology, and supervision of students in research and community work. She previously served at Mbarara Regional Referral Hospital as a Nursing Officer(Midwife).
