As a gesture of goodwill and community support, BSU has donated 150 iron sheets to Kaburangire Primary School in Kaburangire Parish, Mbarara City South. The donation is a pledge by the university to provide a total of 150 iron sheets to the school, with the aim of roofing the main hall where students will sit for their Primary Leaving Examinations.
The outreach aimed at providing career guidance and promoting environmental conservation through tree planting. Dr. Rev. Gershom emphasized the importance of good behavior, self-esteem, love and prayer while encouraging Senior six students to stay focused for university admission
