On 5th May 2026, Bishop Stuart University team, led by the University Secretary and the Public Relations Officer, conducted an evaluation visit in Kikuube District to assess the progress of skilled refugees and national youth who have benefited from artisan programmes and university short-course training initiatives.
The visit highlighted the remarkable impact of BSU’s community empowerment programmes, which continue to equip young people with practical skills for self-reliance, employment and entrepreneurship. Several beneficiaries shared inspiring testimonies about how the training has improved their livelihoods and opened new opportunities for personal and economic growth.
