Admission List – August Intake 2025/2026

The Office of the Academic Registrar, Bishop Stuart University, has released the admission list for Undergraduate and Postgraduate applicants for August Intake Academic Year 2025/2026. To collect your admission letter, please report to the University with;

1. A copy of your academic documents
2. A commitment fee of UGX 100,000 (creditable towards tuition upon reporting).

Key Dates

1. Admission Letter Issuance: June 27, 2025.
2. Official Reporting Date: August 2, 2025 (except for Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery, which is July 1, 2025).
