In his remarks, Prof. Mugisha said that BSU is committed to transforming learners through knowledge, skills, values and a positive mindset. He urged the students to work towards a better future while prioritising their wellbeing, spiritual growth and personal goals. “Your future must be good, but to get there, you must be alive. Therefore, consider your spiritual growth and identify your goals,” Prof. Mugisha advised.

The three-day programme will run from Wednesday, 12th August to Friday, 14th August 2026, as the University officially welcomes new students to the BSU community.
