The Faculty of Law earned national recognition after emerging among the top performers at the recently concluded World Intellectual Property Day celebrations on Friday, 24th April 2026, at Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB) in Kampala.
In a highly competitive Moot Court competition organized by URSB under the theme “Intellectual Property & Sports – Ready, Set, Innovate”, BSU team stood out for its excellence in legal argumentation and presentation, winning the prestigious “Best Memorial for the Respondents award”.
