PhD students at Bishop Stuart University held a colorful dinner on Saturday, 25th April 2026, bringing together doctoral scholars for an evening of fellowship, networking and encouragement.
The dinner, held at Las Vegas Hotel, Mbarara, provided a space for the students to connect, share experiences, exchange ideas and strengthen companionship along their doctoral journey.
Participants noted that such moments are important as they build a support system among scholars, helping them appreciate that the PhD journey does not have to be lonely. Through interaction and mutual encouragement, the students were reminded to continue walking together, supporting one another and remaining focused on their academic goals.
