Bishop Stuart University is a fastest growing chartered private University founded in 2002 by Ankole Diocese of the Province of Anglican Church, located in Kakoba, Mbarara, and 3½ km from Mbarara City Headquarters.

Bishop Stuart University is in the process of pre-qualifying firms/companies who will be invited from time to time to bid for the supply /provision of goods, works and services during the financial years 2023/24 and 2024/25.
The University, under Procurement Office, now invites suitable qualified firms/companies to submit sealed pre-qualification submissions for prequalification contracts for the supply/provision of supplies, services and works indicated below.

Prequalification is in accordance with the procedures contained in the University Procurement Policy and the exercise is open to all eligible bidders.
