A Master’s degree in Engineering or Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape Architecture, or a closely related field.

- SECURITY OFFICER
The Security Officer manages and directs the effective provision and coordination of security of self, staff, students and assets at the university. Reports to the University Secretary.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and police/military or equivalent training with experience of 8 years in the security-related field.
Job Tasks
- Develop comprehensive security strategies and operational plans that ensure the protection of people, property and assets, and oversee their approved implementation.
- Prepare work schedules and deployment plans, and manage the security personnel together with all assigned equipment and resources.
- Organise, coordinate and evaluate security training programmes to strengthen the preparedness and operational capacity of the security detail.
- Develop, communicate and enforce a clear code of conduct and professional standards for all security personnel.
- Design, implement and regularly review university-wide security protocols, access-control procedures and emergency-response guidelines.
- Provide daily security-status briefings to the University Secretary and submit comprehensive monthly security reports.
- Monitor and ensure effective day-to-day supervision and performance of the entire security detail.
- Liaise with external security agencies, local community leaders and other stakeholders on security operations affecting university students, staff and property.

- CLINICAL OFFICER
The Clinical Officer provides safe, high-quality and holistic medical care by diagnosing, treating and managing patients’ illness while promoting disease prevention at the University facility. Dean of Students.
Basic Qualifications
Diploma in Clinical Medicine and relevant experience of 4 years. Must be registered with the Allied Health Professionals Council.
Job Duties
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centred clinical care that creates a supportive and welcoming environment for students and staff.
- Perform thorough patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, emergency response and health education in line with professional clinical standards.
