Bishop Stuart University has today handed over Staff houses at Rwakishakizi Health Centre II to Mbarara Municipality. The project was constructed by Wosned-Norway through Dr. Torunn Stange Land in collaboration with the University two years ago to ensure service delivery by Nurses to the community of Rwakishakizi.
A Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) was signed for continuity of collaboration between Mbarara Municipality and the university.
Speaking at the function Dr. Torunn StangeLand from Norway pledged to build a maternity ward at the health center.
