Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

RE: FINANCIAL CLEARANCE OF STUDENTS FOR THE 18th GRADUATION

Christian greetings!

As we put our focus on the 18th graduation planned for March 2023, we plan to open the window for clearance of students who have fulfilled all the requirements for graduation.

Below are the requirements for clearance

  1. Pay graduation fee of 126,500=
  2. Fill out the graduation clearance forms
  3. Clear with the Head of your Department and Faculty Dean.
  4. Get a printout of your partial results from your respective faculties.

NOTE:

  1. Clearance will be done Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
  2. The deadline is 30th January 2023 as indicated earlier in AR’s communications (in Memo 1 and Two).

The purpose of the notice is to allow you clear early for better planning and avoiding last minute inconveniences.
