On 16th December 2022, Mr. Don James Katumba (BSU Alumnus) was awarded a certificate as a young innovator for the entire of Uganda at the same event.
This first RUFORUM Triennial Conference is unique in the sense that it focuses on university Science, Technology and Innovation for Agricultural Transformation.
BSU was followed by Egerton University in Kenya. Around of applause to our Vice-Chancellor Prof. Maud Kamatenesi Mugisha (Ph.D.), BSU Agribusiness Incubation Hub(AIH), and students that played a big role in the exhibitions.
