Bishop Stuart University in partnership with Ureka Global Innovation Hub UK will hold an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Summit at Bishop Stuart University and virtually on the 14th of November 2024. This summit is ideal for business leaders, students, decision-makers and professionals from various sectors who are interested in Enhancing business operations with Artificial Intelligence and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI); Staying informed about the latest technological advancements; Gaining practical knowledge and skills in AI; and GAI implementation Networking with like-minded professionals and experts.
Each attendee is required to raise 50 US Dollars or an equivalent in Uganda Shillings to book a ticket.

Nathalie Bouvard
Meet the Speaker
Nathalie Bouvard is an AI Project Director for Manufacturing and Services Industries. She brings considerable experience in identifying key opportunities with AI and implementing GPTs in businesses. She also teaches professionals, freelancers, and company staff how to make the most of AI through Prompt Engineering at GPT Formation Pro and HNB Formation et Conseil. Ms Bouvard holds an MBA from Imperial College, University of London and professional certifications in digital development and AI from AWS and MIT.

Cancellation Deadline
Cancellations must be made in a space of 15 days prior to the event date (14th November 2024) to be eligible for a refund.
Refund Amount
If one cancels within the allowable time, 50% of the ticket price (50 USD) will be refunded. No refunds will be processed after the 15-day deadline.
Refund Process
All refund requests MUST be sent to seminars@bsu.ac.ug with proof of payment. The refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.
Currency Conversion
For attendees paying in Uganda Shillings, the refund will be processed based on the conversion rate of 1 USD = 3,750 UGX at the time of booking.
Bank Charges
Any applicable bank fees or charges for processing the refund will be deducted from the refund amount.
Non-Refundable Cases
No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows at the event.
Information Collection
Bishop Stuart University collects personal details including your name, contact information (email, phone number), and payment information for the purpose of event registration and ticket processing.
Data Usage
Your personal information collected will be used to manage your registration, send confirmations, provide event updates and issue a Certificate. We may also use your contact information for future event notifications unless you opt out.
Third-Party Sharing
Your payment information will be shared with Equity Bank to process your ticket purchase. We will not share your personal details with any other third-party organizations for marketing purposes.

Right to Withdraw
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting seminars@bsu.ac.ug. However, necessary data related to your payment transaction may be retained for legal and auditing purposes.
