
Nuwagaba Kansime Philbert is a lecturer in the Department of Law and Ethics, Faculty of Law at Bishop Stuart University. He holds a Master of Laws from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, San Diego – California (October 2017 to May 2019); a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre (From 2014 to August 2015) and a Bachelor of Laws from Uganda Christian University (2010 to 2014).
