Mulindwa Ian lectures in the Department of Computing, Library and Information Technology (CLIT), Faculty of Agriculture, Environmental Sciences and Technology, Bishop Stuart University. He is a student of Master of Science in Information Systems at Mbarara University of Science and Technology and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Secondary Education, Bachelor of Information Technology and a Certificate in Administrative Law from Bishop Start University.
