Kembabazi Juliet is a Lecturer in the Department of Public Administration and Governance, Faculty of Business, Economics, and Governance at Bishop Stuart University. She is a Ph.D. student at Bishop Stuart University (PhD-DM) and holds a Master of Management Studies (Human Resource Management) from Uganda Management Institute, a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and a Bachelors Degree in Development Studies from Mbarara University of Science and Technology.
