Dr. Job Kalema is the Director of ICT at Bishop Stuart University. He holds a Ph.D in Computing, a Master of Science in Information Systems from Mbarara University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems from Makerere University. Additionally, he is a Certified Cisco Network Associate (CCNA).
His doctoral research focused on designing a peer assessment framework to support group-based assignment assessment in e-learning environments. Dr. Job has several papers published in peer-reviewed journals and won macro grants from Bishop Stuart University.
