
Dr. Richard Twebaze (PhD) is a senior lecturer in the Faculty of Education, Arts and Media Studies at Bishop Stuart University. He specializes in Educational Technology, Educational Administration and Management, Educational Research and Quantitative Data Analysis.
He holds a Ph.D. in Educational Administration and Management from Mbarara University of Science and Technology, a Master of Education (Teaching of English Language and Literature) and a Bachelor of Arts with Education (English Language and Literature) from Makerere University.
Dr. Richard is a founder member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Development, Education and Technology (JODET), an in-house journal of Bishop Stuart University.
