Andrew Ayebare is the Senior Assistant Academic Registrar in charge of Admissions and Registration at Bishop Stuart University (August 2025 to date). He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Management), a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication with Honors, and a Certificate in Administrative Law, all from Uganda Christian University.
Andrew is a strategic planner, innovator and corporate communications specialist with over eight years of professional experience. He previously served as Assistant Academic Registrar for the Faculty of Public Health, Nursing and Midwifery at Uganda Christian University, where he engaged extensively with students, faculty, parents, and regulatory bodies, including the Allied Health Professions Council, Uganda National Examinations Board, Law Council, Nursing Council and the National Council for Higher Education.
His areas of expertise include strategic organizational planning, institutional capacity building, corporate communication, innovation management, and academic administration. He also has significant experience in guiding teams and influencing decision-making at managerial levels.
He is passionate about mentorship and youth empowerment. He volunteers with Free Stars Football Club in Mukono, supports community development initiatives, and, as a certified Para Counselor, provides guidance, counseling, and mentorship to young people.
