Atwiine Scovia is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Social Work and Social AdministrationFaculty of Business, Economics, and Governance at Bishop Stuart University.

She is a PhD Candidate at Mbarara University of Science and Technology and holds a Master of Social Work from Uganda Christian University (Bishop Barham Campus), a Bachelor of Social Work and Social Administration from Bishop Stuart University, a Diploma in Education (Secondary) from National Teacher’s College (Kakoba) and a Certificate in Administrative Law from LDC.
