Bishop Stuart University would wish to inform the general public and clarify on the notice of statutory declarations of the Companies Act of 2012 Cap 22 as published in the New Vision of Tuesday, 20 February 2024 page 32; “Notice of special resolution for voluntarily winding up” of Bishop Stuart University Ltd under section 269 (1) of the Act and in the matter of statutory declaration of solvency embodying a statement of assets and liabilities of Bishop Stuart University Mbarara (U) Ltd pursuant to section 271 of Companies Act 2012.

BSU Flags off 2 Students for Exchange Program in Czech Republic

In October 2023, Bishop Stuart University (BSU) signed an MoU with Mendelu University (MU) to jointly implement Staff/Students exchange program under the International Credit Mobility (ICM) arrangement supported by the European Commission.  Hence, this semester, two of the best students from FAEST were selected to take up the opportunity to be the Pioneer Mobility Students to study at MU in the Czech Republic.
