Mr. Nabaasa Medard Abaasa is the University Secretary at Bishop Stuart University (1st July 2025 to date). He holds a Masters Degree in Social Sector Planning and Management (SSPM), a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management, a Diploma in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Sciences from Makerere University.
Medard is a founding member of the Human Resource Managers Association of Uganda, a Human Resource specialist and a Social Sector planner. His areas of expertise include human resource strategic leadership, institutional leadership, performance management, organizational development, human resource quality control, administrative services and information management systems.
He is currently a PhD student (Business Administration and Management).
