Assistant Lecturer
Katisme Nicson is an accomplished academic and finance professional with over a decade of experience in university teaching, research supervision, and consultancy in business and development sectors.
He holds an Executive MBA in Finance, a First-Class Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Accounting), and is currently pursuing a PhD in Business Administration at Uganda Christian University. He has served as an Assistant Lecturer at Bishop Stuart University, Department of Business and Entrepreneurship, Faculty of Business, Economics, and Governance and formerly as a Lecturer at Uganda Christian University, where he also coordinated BBA, DBA, and postgraduate programs.
Nicson has consulted widely for institutions such as the Ministry of Water and Environment, Adept Consults, and Global Rights Alert, focusing on socio-economic assessments, financial analysis, and project evaluation. He is a published scholar and a trained business coach passionate about community development, enterprise resilience, and capacity building.
