Ssembatya\nDirector\, Quality Assurance and Accreditation\, National Council for Higher Education (NCHE)\, Uganda. \nDiscussant: Prof. John Wycliffe Muwanga Zake\nDean\, Graduate School and School of Education\, Uganda Technology and Management University (UTAMU)\, Kampala. \nGuest of Honor: Prof. Joy C. Kwesiga\nChairperson\, National Council for Higher Education & Vice-Chancellor\, Kabale University. \nThe occasion will be graced by the Chancellor\, The Rt. Rev. Assoc.
