The Academic Registrar, Bishop Stuart University informs all graduands (2023), Classes 2019, 2020, 2021 & 2022, parents/guardians and the general public that the 19th Graduation Ceremony will be held on Friday 8th December 2023 at River Side Sports Grounds. The Guest of Honour will be Hon. Dr. Chris Baryomunsi, Minister for Information, Communications Technology and National Guidance. Here is all you need to know.

As a prospective graduand, you are expected to start the clearing process to enable the office of the Academic Registrar to prepare for graduation’s success. Clearance has already begun and the deadline is 31st October 2023. Find downloadables (Memos) to guide you through.

Commissioning Service will precede the graduation function (8th December 2023) and will be presided over by the Chancellor and Bishop of Ankole Diocese, Rt. Rev. Assoc. Prof. Fred Sheldon Mwesigwa assisted by the University Chaplain.

The University will hold a Public Lecture on 6th December 2023 at Bishop Stuart University, Main Campus.
All Graduates of 2006-2023 who have never picked their academic documents are encouraged to come and pick them from the Academic Registrar’s Office.
