Rev. Gershom Nuwemuhwezi is an Entomology Nutrition and Food Value Addition Technology Assistant Lecturer at Bishop Stuart University, Department of Agriculture, Agribusiness, and EnvironmentFaculty of Agriculture, Environmental Sciences and Technology. He is a PhD student in Food Security and Sustainable Agriculture at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University of Science and Technology (JOOUST), Bondo, Kenya and a Research Consultant at Science for Health Society in Kenya.

Major areas of interest: Research, teaching and innovation. Use edible insects for food security, particularly for households in the East African region
