The course is scheduled to run from 28th June to 29th August 2026. \nThe Bridging Course was introduced following recommendations from the Uganda Veterinary Board (UVB) in December 2020 to equip graduates with practical competencies required for professional registration. Over the previous four cohorts\, the university has successfully trained and graduated 336 participants\, enabling them to register with the National Veterinary Council (NVC) and gain recognition as para-veterinarians. \nThe nine-week intensive programme focuses on hands-on skills development and practical training.
