Mugonya Library\, ahead of its 22nd Graduation Ceremony. \nThe public is invited to join a discussion on the theme: “Powering Socio-Economic Development through Competency-Based Education and Training: The Role of Collaboration and Partnerships.” \nThe dialogue will bring together leaders and experts from industry\, regulation\, public policy\, business and academia to explore how education and training can respond to changing workforce and societal needs. Discussions will focus on how collaboration and partnerships can strengthen human capital development\, enhance employability\, stimulate innovation and support socioeconomic transformation. \nProf. Pauline Byakika Kibwika\, Vice-Chancellor of Mbarara University of Science and Technology\, will moderate the dialogue. \nThe panelists will offer perspectives from their respective sectors: \n\nDr. Ezra Muhumuza\, Executive Director\, Uganda Manufacturers Association – Industry perspective.\nProf. Mary J.N.
