University Uniwide Teaching Timetable Semester One, Academic Year 2022/2023 - Second Draft

NB
1. Deans and HoDs are required to assign Lecturers to teach Uniwide and Crosscutting courses
2. Faculties are encouraged to extract out Central Faculty timetables for ownership
3. Departments should also extract out departmental timetables for display
4. All changes for Uniwide and Crosscutting courses should be authorized by the Coordinator Central Timetable at the Academic Registrar's department
5. Coordination of the central timetable at the Academic Registrar’s office is by Mr. David Muwanguzi (dmuwanguzi@faest.bsu.ac.ug, 0759811890).
6. Format for harmonized timetabling is as;
a. Course Code
b. Course Name
c. Names of Facilitator and Contact
d. Venue
