5) Clearance from the Directorate of Graduate Studies, Research and Innovations or Faculty
Research Committee (where applicable)
6) Plagiarism check report (15 or below Percent) where applicable

7) Proof of BSU-REC Fees payment receipt (Account Name Bishop Stuart University, Equity
Bank, Account Number 1031201166123 (see table for fees details)
8) Any other relevant documents
