Deadline for clearance for 17th Graduation

To All Potential Graduands of 17^th Graduation

Christian greetings

1.         This is the second reminder informing you that whoever has not cleared both Academically and Financially, by 9^th April 2022 shall not graduate during the 17^th congregation to be held on 6^th May 2022.

2.         This is because whoever will not have cleared as indicated in No. 1 above, his or her name will not be displayed on 9^th April 2022 by the Academic Registrar on the University notice boards and the website.

3.         After the display, we shall allow students’ complaints up to 14^th April 2022, and beyond that date (14^th April 2022), we shall not entertain any more clearance with the Academic Registrar, thus the affected students will wait for the next graduation.
