TO ALL FINALISTS
COMPLETION OF REGISTRATION FOR BOTH UNDERGRADUATE AND POSTGRADUATE STUDENTS FOR 2nd SEMESTER ACADEMIC YEAR 2019/2020
Please note that:
1. Normal registration for the 2nd semester 2019/2020 began on 19th January and ended on 28th February 2020.
2. Late Registration/Surcharge of shs.50, 000= began on 2nd March 2020.
3. You should have completed registration (100%) by 3rd November 2020.
4. Examinations will begin on 9th November and end on 21st November 2020.
5. Students who have paid 100% will print their own examination permit from the students’ portal: students.bsu.ac.ug (The office will inform you when the permits are ready).
6. No student will sit examinations without a fully stamped registration passbook and examination permit.
7. Check the Notice Boards on how to generate reference numbers.
8. Get a financial statement from finance offices for your passbook to be stamped by the Academic Registrar’s office.
9. Any inquiries on payments, make them from the finance office.
