In an event of a student passes an examination for a course in a poor grade but is convinced he can do better, may be allowed to re sit examination on request / approval and payment of a prescribe fee.

On attaining a better grade, his / her earlier poor grade shall be substituted.
Courses re sit shall be indicated on the transcript as “RP”.   See No. 8 (Remarking)
